Maybe you are simply looking for better health and wellness and you want a push to get started.  Maybe you’re excited about connecting with with like-minded people on a similar journey. Or maybe it’s bigger than that! Are looking for a new sense of self and purpose?

If this sounds like you, then join us. This is a group training program that will have participants race ready in a matter of weeks, and connected to themselves in a whole new way. It’s a new twist on 5k to Marathon beginners training for individuals, community groups, and non-profit fundraising teams. thecausecoach coaches body, mind and soul.

At the conclusion of this program, you will have completed your goal race, connected with like-minded individuals, developed skills to keep you motivated, and will feel healthier in body, mind and spirit. You will have more confidence and be ready to tackle the next big thing.

If you are a non-profit organization, community group, business, or a bunch of friends wishing to train together, you can form your own group. With 20 years of non-profit management and fundraising experience, thecausecoach, will non only have you race-ready, but help you raise more money for your cause through the  running event. Don’t let running long distance and fundraising be as intimidating as it sounds!

Program includes:

  • Beginner training plan
  • Assigned workouts to get you race ready
  • 8-16  weekly (depending on distance) in-person coached training sessions, approximately one-hour each (or virtual coaching if outside my market area)
  • Guided warm-ups and cool-downs to learn proper conditioning for injury prevention and recovery
  • Tips on stretching, strengthening, cross-training and nutrition to maximize results
  • Unlimited email check-ins and support
  • Fundraising tips, tricks & best practices to maximize Cause support
  • Facebook group to connect with other members of thecausecrew for support and group run opportunities

For Non-Runners…

You’re looking for motivation, inspiration, or feeling stuck. Maybe you’ve got a great idea and just don’t know the next move. Perhaps your life is in transition – or you want it to be!

Make the most of the inevitable challenges in your life so you come out living your best life possible. By the end of the program you will have clear vision of where you want to be, will have mapped out objectives and developed an action plan and be well on your way to a more fulfilling life.  You will have created habits that set you up for success and keep you motivated. You will be comfortable challenging yourself and have more confidence.

3-month program includes:

  • Individual Discovery Process to define goals
  • Development of an action plan
  • 2- 50-minute life coaching sessions (phone, skype or facetime) each month
  • Unlimited email check-ins and support
  • Subscription to thecausecoach clients only monthly newsletter: blog, community investment tips, health & wellness information, etc.

For Runners…

You already know the positive impact of running. You want to continue to get healthier and fitter. You are ready to make a bigger commitment to your future and are looking for change.

This is essentially life coaching for runners. It includes everything that is beneficial about life coaching, creates a balance between mind, body and soul, and supports the planning of workouts with life goals. It will help participants make the most of the endorphins to reach new heights personally and professionally.

By the end of this program, you will have completed your goal race, will have mapped out objectives and developed an action plan. You will have created habits that set you up for success and keep you motivated. You will realize your full strength and capabilities, and have more confidence and courage to challenge yourself to reach farther than you thought possible.

3-month program includes:

  • Individual Discovery Process to define goals
  • Development of an action plan
  • 5k through Half Marathon training plan that includes appropriate progression from where you are now
  • 2- 50-minute life coaching sessions (phone, skype or facetime) each month
  • Tips on stretching, strengthening, cross-training and nutrition to maximize results
  • Unlimited email check-ins and support
  • Online Facebook community/group
  • Opportunity for (local)-based clients to participate in weekly in-person track workouts (additional fee)
  • thecausecrew membership for one year (and billed at $25 annually thereafter) which includes: Continued access to the thecausecrew Facebook group to connect with others for support, ideas, and local group run opportunities; Subscription to thecausecoach clients only monthly newsletter (blog, cause-running fundraising tips, etc).

Thecausechallenge is a 12-month personal coaching program designed to get you trained and ready for your first marathon, and give you the tools and support that you need to transform your life and live your true calling.

By the end of the program you will have trained for and completed a full marathon; will have developed a clear vision of where you want to be and what you want to be doing; be more satisfied with and achieving greater success and fulfillment in every area of your life.

12-month program includes

  • Customized marathon training plan that includes appropriate progression from where you are now

  • 3- 50-minute coaching sessions (phone, skype or facetime) each month
  • Tips on stretching, strengthening, cross-training and nutrition to maximize results
  • Unlimited email check-ins and support
  • Online Facebook community/group for “class” members
  • Opportunity for (local)-based clients to participate in weekly in-person track workouts (additional fee)
  • Lifetime access to thecausechallenge Curriculum
  • Opportunity to participate in “challenge” exclusive workshops
